REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and block the venue for your reservation.

Cancellation

If an event must be cancelled:

• Notice must be submitted in writing
• Payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial credit toward a future event date depending on availability.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice and subject to venue availability.

The ARC reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee.

ARC Cancellation

In rare circumstances where the venue must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either:

• A full refund of payments made
or
• The option to reschedule the event.
